Nationwide Service & Nationwide Network

Serving corporate counsel offices across the country requires a national network of service providers. Accutext does not enter into, arrange, or participate in relationships that compromise or undermine the impartiality of certified shorthand reporters, including relationships in which compensation for services is based upon the outcome of the proceeding, or where the reporter has a financial interest in the action. Accutext does not require that reporters provide special financial terms or other services that are not offered at the same time and on the same terms to all other parties in the litigation, nor that reporters give any economic or other advantage to any party, representative or agent.
